hehe.. the background is superbly executed... the wings have such a texture that is out of this world.. the feather / glossy render of them is excellent..

that face... omfg... THAT FACE... you have captured Apathay sublimely... (go look "sublime" up in the dictionary man) i love - LOVE - that face... the pose and layout is out-DAMN-standing

well, since a certain Someone and his infinate wisdom has inspired me to critique a piece, more than just saying "k3wl d00d" and moving on.. i'll leave an improvement along with the good - a Constructive Critisism (can we say con-struct-ive Crit-isism class?) good.. i knew you could... I'd expect no less from you my friend...

my 1.5 cents worth - you know we talked about the hands on MSN already.. and i expected perfection when i reloaded this today, after you said you understood, and were going to address the hands looking "copy/pasted" into it.. you're close... but i think it's still lacking in that area... needs something more, possibly, like you said.. glowing... maybe blurry, maybe smoother - not such harsh edges / lines - more like the face... i think maybe there's "too much" detail in the wrinkle lines... not sure.. but i know i'll know it, when i see it..

Funny - Ha Ha : not Funny - Queer

Those fucking hands I swear.. you wouldn't believe how long I spent...and how many different variations I had of them over these past 2 days, color adjustment, blurring, lighting... bleh. Everything I did to em.. they just didn't seem to be "just right". I totally feel ya man, but frustration got the best of me this time. One thing I was happy about though, I tried to blend the bottom of the dress to interact with the background, I thought that area vastly improved over what it was to begin with. I also realized I needed to level out the brightness a bit more, because it was seriously a dark piece.

Wow so much detail. It's really good. I love the colours although the entire picture is dark it fits somehow. His face looks scary but he's supposed to be the the angel of death so it's perfect.
His hands are just amazing. A really good pic!

Yes I love his hands because I'm not able to draw hands so they are just perfect to me. I wish I could also draw hands like that... (*lol* too much hands here.. haha)
